A planning application has been lodged for the erection of 9 two-storey dwellings comprising 7 no. 3 bed, in two pairs of semi-detached and one terraced block and 2 no. 4 bed detached dwellings with access road, parking, private gardens and landscaping following demolition of buildings. The Save the Greenbelt petition which has been orchestrated by the CPRE will be presented to a meeting of the full Council at 7.30pm on Thurs 24 Oct by Andrew Telford, who will speak for a maximum of 5 minutes.
The petition can then be discussed by Councillors for a maximum of 15 minutes.
The public may attend and this is a chance to hear our Councillors views on this important topic.
The Council has agreed to the public addressing the Planning Committee where objections
have been received from three or more parties and the application is recommended for
Approval, which is the case with this application.
This application is to be reported to the next Planning Committee on Wednesday 23d October
2013 commencing at 7.30pm in the Council Chamber at the Civic Offices in Addlestone. The
agenda will be available on the council’s website a week before the Committee
(www.runnymede.qov.uk) and by clicking ‘Committees agendas’.
